Doing Business with Us

We strive to ensure clarity and confidence in our client relationships by specifically documenting each matter we undertake for a given client with an Engagement Letter. Among other important details, the Engagement Letter will set forth how the Firm will be compensated in the course of the engagement, and whether a retainer is required to secure the engagement.

Incorporated into each such Engagement Letter, moreover, is our standard Representation and Billing Policies document which further outlines the parameters of the relationship.
